Richard Noggin's Pub - September 5,
6
Portsmouth, Ohio |

| |
| What can I say about our weekend at
Noggin’s Pub in Portsmouth Ohio? Well, the week leading up to the show was pretty busy,
cause not only are we constantly on the run to bring you the fans a top notch show. We
are also working as hard and fast to finish up recording our upcoming CD Curves. |
| |
| I guess I should get back to the show at
Noggin’s after a fairly flawless load in, we were ready to get the show going. We arrived
back at the club at 9:30 on Friday night and hit the stage shortly after. Now I not going to
say it was a bad night cause I thought we all played exceptionally well that night. But we did
have a few technical problems that can always throw a wrench in the machinery when it
comes to a performance. Even with the few problems the people there responded well
to us so it was by no means a bad Friday night. |
| |
| Now, Saturday was a totally different
scene. The band was. …(How can I say this?) ON FIRE! We were playing to a packed house. We
started the first song of the night and from that first chord to the very last song of the night
we played and performed like a well-tooled machine. Now, I’m not gonna let us take all the
credit cause when you play to a crowd like that you can’t help but feed off the energy they
give back to you. Gina was at the tops of her being and sang every song with enough power to
make the very walls of the building we were in shake. That added with expertise that
Larry plays his guitar with and the thundering wall of sound that T-bone and I created made for
a Non-Stop night of music and good times. The crowd danced and sang along with the band
and made for a night that none of us really wanted to end. |
| |
| What can I say about Noggin’s? Never have
we been let down by our fans that come to see
us there. Every time it’s
given us all the more reason to keep on doing what we love to do. It’s playing for audiences
like that make you feel as a musician and a performer that it’s all worth it. So, Here’s to
you. |
| |
| Noggin’s it always has and
I’m sure always will be our pleasure to play for you. |
| |
| P.S. Did I mention that Noggins has some
of the most drop dead gorgeous women there are
in the Tri-State? Well, if
I didn’t I should have. |
